Origin story

"Growing up, I always wanted to be a chef. My older brother was a chef; I thought it was the greatest thing in the world. I followed in his footsteps, gaining knowledge about my craft anywhere I could. I worked as a sous chef in a top 75 country club and as an executive chef for the world's largest catering company.
