Back in May 2025, we moved into our new home at 2122 Empire Blvd. With catering and food truck demand skyrocketing, we made the decision to temporarily close the Scratch Kitchen and focus on the busy summer season.

As we began renovations, we realized the project was bigger than expected. Our top priority was getting the kitchen operational for our catering and mobile events… which, by the way, have doubled this season and show no signs of slowing down!

We know many of you are asking: “When is the Scratch Kitchen reopening?”
The honest answer is: we’re not sure yet. Our original dream was to build a catering and food truck company, and the Scratch Kitchen was a stepping stone to help grow our name.

If and when it returns, it’ll likely be seasonal with limited winter hours.
